The property listing clearly states that the home features a non-heated pool and does not include a jacuzzi or hot tub. We always encourage guests to carefully review the listing details and amenities prior to booking to ensure the home is a good fit for their needs. Regarding the pool, it is professionally serviced on a weekly basis. As the home is surrounded by natural landscaping, occasional leaves or outdoor elements may be present despite regular maintenance, which is standard for outdoor pools. In terms of supplies, we provide two towels per guest, along with starter quantities of household essentials. If additional items are needed during a stay, we are always happy to assist—however, we did not receive any communication regarding a need for more towels or supplies. We strive to be responsive and accommodating whenever guests reach out. We also have a licensed pest control company that services the property monthly to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we take concerns like yours seriously. We will review this feedback with our cleaning team to ensure our standards continue to be upheld.
