You will be amazed by this updated and ready to rent home for any season! The first floor has three bedrooms and two baths, a HUGE living space along with the massive outdoor patio space and stairs down to the private beach out back. The second floor has been transformed to include three large bedrooms, one with a loft space, three more baths and an enormous 3rd floor with tons of sleeping and hang out space. Both units have gorgeous new kitchens and baths and views galore! We cannot wait to share this gem with you!

Holiday gathering

Retreat by the sea

This was the perfect space for 13 women away on retreat. As soon as we walked in the home the view was calming and beautiful. The home was spacious for all and provided everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. Also space to sleep for each of us. The weather cooperated so the outside space also was wonderful. A short walk to the beach at night to see the stars and in the morning for sunrise. Perfect ! Erin was so helpful and always got back to me for the many questions I had prior to our gathering. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Great choice for a winter getaway!

What a great find. We are 5 couples who spend a few nights on the Maine coast every year washing away the winter blues. For early March enjoyment, we seek comfortable indoor space with nice water views, and this house definitely has it. High tide brings water right up to your patio and low tide offers steps or a slide down to the sand. Don’t forget your binoculars so you can lounge inside and watch seals sunbathing. 5 couples and there were still two bedrooms left unused. Two kitchen/living spaces was a really fun surprise, and the plethora of seacoast decorum, including portholes in the kitchen cabinets, made for great conversation. There was plenty of parking for all of us, too, which was a challenge in our search this year. The owners also created a photo book of their renovation journey….very interesting to the DIYers in our group. Hope I’m making it clear we had a glorious time. Thanks so much, Erin, for sharing this great house with us!

Family vacation

We rented this beautiful house for our family vacation and it was amazing! We rented all three floors and the kids absolutely loved it as much as we did. Everything you need or want to do is there. The house was very clean and there is plenty of room. There is no negatives to this beautiful home. We definitely will be rebooking next year. Thank you Erin for sharing your home and letting our family make many great memories during a very difficult year.

It was an awesome week in a beautiful house. Would highly recommend the house.

We rented for a week in late August with my entire family which includes adults to infants and all ages groups in between and everyone loved the property. The property has all of the little things and has access to both the ocean and river side. The river side abuts the property and provided endless fun for all of the little ones with us. The sunset from the back deck is spectacular. Erin was fantastic to rent from and I would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Amazing Location

The house is quaint and has a great summer cottage feel. The first and second floor are basically separate apartments which is nice if you want a little privacy. The location could not be better, the ocean is right across the street and there is a river off the back porch, which is calmer and warmer than the ocean and allows for great relaxing days and evenings right by the water. We will definitely be looking to book this house again next year.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Maine since we were children. Our families vacationed here all our lives. We chose to continue the tradition with our four children. We have traveled to many distant places and there is no beach like Wells Beach. We are thrilled to have our own little slice of heaven!

Why they chose this property

This is the 5th property we have owned in Wells and we couldn't be more excited to share it! The front to back water views are really a treasure with plenty of space to accommodate our growing family.

What makes this property unique

The ocean is a short walk away and the dramatic river tide out the back door makes you feel like there is no need to leave the property at all.
