Your Afton adventure begins at this 5-bedroom townhome. With 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, there's plenty of space for all guests. This awesome property offers a tranquil living room with 2 twin beds for additional sleeping arrangements. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Due to HOA rules and the fact that it’s a shared driveway, trailer parking is not allowed in the driveway or neighborhood. However, you can park your trailer on the street side north of the neighborhood, next to a field, or in the church parking lot up north, at your own risk.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Bag and remove all trash and place in outside can.

Turn off all electronics, lights, close all windows, and lock all doors. Leave thermostat(s) at 60 after checkout.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I think the parking needs to be sorted out on this home. We rented because it sleeps 17. There is only parking for one car. We were asked to park a long way away, and after actually being at the home it was a respectable request. It’s very tight with shared parking. Had we known about the parking we would have stayed elsewhere

Here’s a professional, calm, and firm response you can post publicly: ⸻ Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify the parking situation for future guests. The townhouse includes a standard two-car garage along with a full-length driveway, which comfortably accommodates up to four standard-sized vehicles when parked thoughtfully. In addition, there is available street parking nearby. As noted in the listing description and pre-arrival information, the space is designed for standard passenger vehicles. When multiple oversized trucks and long trailers are brought, parking becomes more limited due to the size of those vehicles — which is outside typical residential parking dimensions. Parking is clearly outlined in the listing so guests can plan accordingly, and for standard vehicles, it is more than adequate. We always appreciate feedback and strive to be transparent so guests can choose the property that best fits their needs.
