PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Fan Palm One-bedroom condo is an inviting vacation rental situated at the serene condominium resort of Palm Aruba Condos. This condo offers an open living room with a balcony overlooking the resort pool area, a TV, a sofa (that can be pulled out to accommodate up to two extra guests), a 4-seat dining table, and a fully supplied kitchen.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and built-in closets. The bathroom with a shower is located in hallway next to the laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer.

Additional comforts include central air conditioning in every indoor space, hot water, free Wi-Fi, free parking as well as two cable TVs (one in the living room and in the bedroom). This condo is perfect for a couple, a family with young children or large groups traveling together and staying in separate condos at the same resort. This condo is located on the third floor in the south building. - Sleeps max 2+2.

A nice and quiet place

The stay was comfortable. The pool was rarely occupied and was very clean. There were great affordable places to eat near the rental, and the walk to the beach was not very far. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Property was very clean. And stylish. The day security guard was so nice and helpful. I dont drive so the distance to palm beach and all the restaurants were far. I did like the restaurant Bingos. Everything you would need in an apartment was there except the Maid lol.

We were unable to stay at the condo we originally booked because of an air cond. issue. We were switched to another unit. It had an issue that general manager Rolando quickly resolved Nice stay. Great pool

Loved it!

Beautiful place, and the people were all so nice and helpful. For the price, I would definitely stay here again. You would be much better off with a car, but some renters told me they walked to the beach. To see all the sites, my rental car got me everywhere but the natural pool in Arikok National Park. Loved the Park. Check out the different beaches, because they are all different. Palm Beach is really shallow, Eagle Beach is nicer for swimming. Ashari Beach is beautiful, and Mangel Halt is full of mangroves and shade. Baby Beach is pretty to see, and I discovered Moomba and Divi a bit late but they are beautiful but very busy. If I go back I would check out a day trip to Curaco. It's evidently a 30 minute flight and I read it's even more pretty! I travel by myself and I felt this is one of the safest islands I have visited. It's safer than the states! My only complaint would be that the room temperature is too cold. Take warm pajamas to sleep in. Humidity is really high in the room so everything feels damp. If you get cold, go out on the patio and enjoy your view of the beautiful pool. They gave me a beach chair to use and even offered me a cooler. Get to the beaches early to get the shady spots. Eagle Beach is the best beach I found for taking long, walks! Great restaurants everywhere, but I mostly ate in the room after shopping at a grocery store. Food there was a bit expensive, but you're on an island. I drove everywhere a couple of times, and only used 3/4 of a tank of gas. To fill up my subcompact car is was 64 dollars. It had enough room for one large bag and my carry-on had to go in the back seat. Be careful if you have a large group and how much luggage a car can handle. This place may not be on the beach, but for the price, I got all of the beaches that I could handle. Give them a try - you won't regret it. They have a very nice playground and 4 new grills if you want to cook out. Even lighted basketball and tennis courts if your kids like to play.

I typically stay at all inclusive resorts but wanted to try something different. I conducted extensive research on accommodations. My final decision was to stay at this location. The stay was nice overall. The location and amenities were great, the grounds were well maintained, and the environment was quiet and pleasant.However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed that the condo was very cold during my stay. I was informed that the temperature could only be adjusted by one degree. I left my city specifically to escape the cold, so it was frustrating to find myself in a condo that was cold and uncomfortable. Had I known in advance that I would not be able to meaningfully adjust the temperature, I would have made different accommodations.I would strongly encourage you to reconsider this policy. Many guests may have health conditions where cold temperatures can cause significant discomfort, including joint and bone pain. Providing guests with reasonable control over the temperature would greatly improve the overall experience.

Fijne condo in een mooi complex met de juiste faciliteiten. De ligging is centraal in Noord met restaurants en supermarkten in de buurt, ook het strand is 5 minuutjes rijden. Het zwembad is ruim opgezet met voldoende bedjes en stoelen.

Great Service!

The condo was as advertised, with a very nice layout. I couldn’t figure out how to use the safe, so I gave up. The kitchen was stocked okay, but could use a few other basic items…. I spotted ants on the bathroom floor. Jennifer, at the front desk, was amazing; she was super friendly and addressed challenges expeditiously!

Out stay

Our overall stay was great. The apartment didn’t have great WiFi however Rolando went out his way to help us. He also provided us with beach chairs which we used our whole stay. The condo was advertised as a hotel however it’s not, you have to wash your towels.. but again Rolando helped us and provided us with towels. He made our stay much better and we really appreciated him. Thank you.

Incredible Condo / Facilities

Palm Aruba Condos is a perfect property to stay at. It has the perfect amenities to relax in the afternoon after coming back from the beach and if you wish to have diner at the Condo with the BBQ facility on site. Also very close to restaurant (Bingo on the other side of the street for diner and Linda Pancake for breakfast). I would strongly suggest to rent a car to get to the different beaches or other restaurants by the hotels in Palm Beach area. Overall I recommend it greatly. We will definately come back soon.

Aruba dream

Home away from home

Only few years old new building complex with all amenities and security. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and had a large terrace which was our favorite spot. We did have a car which made everything much easier. By car, we would be at the beach in 5 minutes. Also, the apartment offered couple beach chairs which we used every day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly come back.

Very nice place

Very nice place, clean, friendly staff, easy check in. Would return and would recommend. Close drive to restaurants, beaches and bars. Washer and dryer in room. Ample parking, great hot water showers, stove, oven, full size fridge with water and ice. Dont hesitate to stay here
