A "Casa Vista da Marquesa" situa-se no concelho do Nordeste, junto a cinco minutos de carro da Vila do Nordeste, apresentando uma deslumbrante vista do mar à frente .

Está zona da ilha é onde a natureza se situa no seu estado mais puro, ficando a casa no sitio da Pedreira, melhor local da ilha para ver o sol nascer sendo os seu miradoiros procurados para assistir a este espectáculo da natureza, que pode ser desfrutado do interior da moradia, que se ilumina como nascer do sol á sua frente.
Nas proximidades existem parques florestais a maior montanha da ilha, mais de uma dezena de trilhos fantásticos com várias quedas de agua e cursos de agua doce, duas zonas balneares uma pequena praia ( praia do Lombo Gordo e a uma piscina natural (Boca da Ribeira) além do antigo porto de pescas também utilizado para ir a banhos.
A Vila dispõe de todos os serviços básicos como restaurante cafés farmácia correios bancos e um pequeno centro de saúde entre outros serviços públicos sendo a sede do concelho que possui uma população a rondar as 5 mil pessoas ocupando um quarto da ilha.

The house have all the equipment ( bedlinen, towels and bathtowels), and a hairdryer, is full equiped, and as all the commodities, wireless, cable tv, and many others things.

I wish that you will have a fantastic vacation in S. Miguel island, and a great stay in casa Vista da Marquesa.

OK place if you are a small person

The house is small, but contains nearly everything you may want. The problem is that there is not enough space for all that stuff. Why have 6 chairs at the large dining table when there is barely enough room? My wife is 158 centimeters in height and she hit her head on the lighting fixture at the top of the stairs. We had to park our rental car about a 10-minute walk from the house down a hill.

I'm very surprised with the review of this client. Is the first time someone complains about the size of the house in more of 200 reviews in all the sites. I have 1,81 m, 106 kg and I feel comfortable in the house I had clients with 2,00 m and they enjoy the stay and recommend. The question about the parking is another situation, that is not the reality. Exist a park for the car at 20 m from the house reserve for the car of the client, it have 5 m for 2m more then enough for a car I have a starkat and I park there. The problem has the client had difficulty I'm use park the car because it has not a automatic car and the client damage the car parking there and decide park far a way in the main road. I bilieve the client don't enjoy the house, and whant to get excuses for this the parking is the main example.

Einsames Haus

Wir wurden mit einem sehr gut gefüllten Korb begrüßt. Wer die Wohnung buchen möchte sollte sich die Beschreibung und Bilder genau anschauen. nicht jeder wird sich mit den speziellen Gegebenheiten (Lage, Schlafebene) problemlos arrangieren. Wir hatten unsere Ankunftszeit genau mitgeteilt standen aber vor verschlossener Tür. Nicht hilfreich ist, dass FEWO keine Kontaktdaten übermittelt. So mussten wir über drei Ecken das Problem lösen. Nach 30 Minuten warten wurden wir dann von einer netten Frau eingewiesen.

Beautiful location nestled into the hillside

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect size for a solo traveler (me) or a couple. Responses were speedy and all necessities/toiletries were provided. The welcome basket was thoroughly enjoyed, I couldn’t even finish all the local treats! The location allowed me to drive to all the locations in central and east Sao Miguel that I wanted to see and I would definitely come back. Just be prepared for some loud roosters early in the morning if you are a light sleeper!

Beautiful and relaxing

What a wonderful spot! And what a wonderful gift basket of local treats! Thank you Pedro. The garden was a great place to hang out when we weren’t hiking and enjoying the surrounding communities. We’ll be back!
