What an amazing place. The location is perfect! You can't swim directly in the back yard, but our kids simply scaled down the rocks and walked to the east and BAM!! there's a perfect beach within a 1 minute walk. Stocked beyond what was expected and easy access to everything. We'd definitely return again.

Dear Dale, it was great hosting your family, so glad you enjoyed your visit! Come back in the summer and you’ll find that the sand returns in front of the house, you’ll be able to swim right in front of the house as well. With so many gorgeous beaches around the house you’ll need to stay longer!

Bertha was the best host we could have asked for through VRBO. She was generous, kind, and thoughtful during our stay and allowing us to extend our stay due to flights at a reasonable price. The facilities were great for the value of our cost of the stay. My only feedback and it didn’t change our overall experience was; We did not have wash clothes, hot water in showers, or air upstairs. We fixed the outside shower to be able to use it. (Tightened the shower head) There is no beach access, you do have to walk around the neighborhood to access it but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the backyard and the priceless views of the ocean. We got to really get a Puerto Rican culture experience staying here. I highly recommend Bertha and this house. San Juan is only a 35 minute drive. The neighborhood has walkable beaches, restaurants, and shops. Check-in process and check out process was extremely easy and again I cannot speak more highly of a host that is flexible due to our flights. That means more to me than anything. It was our best stay in Puerto Rico and we’ve been here three times thanks to Bertha. This is coming from a well traveled and Google reviewer in all my endeavors.
