Nestled among the tall pines, Timberline Retreat is a spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury cabin designed for relaxation, adventure, and making lifelong memories. Set on 2.5 private acres bordering 200 acres of peaceful State Park land, this beautiful retreat offers both privacy and convenience—just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and all the fun of Hochatown.

Inside, the open-concept layout welcomes you with soaring ceilings, rich wood finishes, and plenty of natural light. Two inviting living rooms, each featuring a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV, make it easy for everyone to find their favorite spot to unwind. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the large dining area is perfect for gathering together after a day of exploring.

Each of the three king master suites offers a private bath, 43” TV, and stylish rustic décor, while the bunk room features two full bunks and two twin bunks—perfect for kids or groups. With plenty of space for up to 12 guests, everyone will feel right at home.

For entertainment, Timberline Retreat has something for everyone. Challenge friends to a game of foosball, test your skills on the Mario arcade game, or enjoy one of the many board games, card games, and puzzles available for all ages. Outside, the fun continues with a playset for the kids and two spacious back decks where you can relax by one of the outdoor fireplaces, take in the forest views, or simply listen to the sounds of nature.

What an amazing find! We were all so pleasantly surprised at all the well thought out details. From the indoor games and activities to the outdoor arrangement - it was more than we could’ve asked for! The various family areas were fabulous. The only thing that was a challenge was the small kitchen area. Would definitely go back though.
