This property is in a great location, close to new commercial development that includes various restaurants. It backs up to open space and the view from the backyard is beautiful. Host responds quickly. We liked that we could bring our 12 lb dog. Inside the house was tidy but not clean. The backyard was not clean or tidy. Pool is very small compared to the pictures listed online. We did not have hot water. This is all upon arrival.

Hi, thank you for the response. We hope you have a better experience next time. We have consistently been reviewed 5 stars from all our guests for cleanliness, pool and other amenities. There was an unfortunate incident where the water heater broke down. After check-in, as soon as we found out about the issue we sent our maintenance team and when we realized that we won’t be able to service the stay, we refunded partial and then the whole amount to the guest. In our listing history, this was the first time a guest had to cut down their stay because of a maintenance issue. The issue was fixed within 24 hrs, and the house is fully functional and has been used and reviewed very well again after this visit.

Beautiful home very centralized, serene surrounded by beautiful mountains and trails. The host Rimi is prompt to respond and the house was immaculate.The pool exceptional.We were welcomed with snacks and a beautiful welcoming card.. I will definitely be returning next time in town!!

Hi, we appreciate your response and our glad that you found the host responsive! To clarify, one time cleaning charges are included in your stay. If you request cleaning again, it entails getting someone to come and clean the house/pool as requested- which has extra costs as we discussed. Grill fee is $50/stay - as needed, and is mentioned in the description. We will love to have you again, you were great guests!!

Amazing location with access to Franklin Mountains Park Trails. Hosts were amazing responsive and helped immensely. Everything was clean and access to garage made things easy - we had bikes and golf clubs in tow. We did not use the pool as weather was just a little too cool. Worked perfectly for 3 adults.
