Both my wife, Carol, and I know the importance of being able to relax and refresh ourselves. We both enjoy golf and having a home and the ability to share that with others is a very important value to us. We hope you love our home.
Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood because it’s gated, great neighbors, and close to all the major shopping areas and especially just a few few minutes from the Phoenix airport.
What makes this property unique
I don’t know if our properties unique but it’s special in the sense that it is on the eighth hole of the Legacy golf course. It’s a par five and the view over the fairway takes in the beautiful south mountain area.
