SAFETY & CONSTRUCTION WARNING
* FRONT DOOR ONLY: There is an active, hazardous paver project in the backyard. Do not use the back door and do not enter the backyard. Use the front door for all entry and exit.
* BASEMENT ACCESS: The basement is personal storage for the owner. You are permitted to use the laundry machines only. For your security and ours, please keep the staircase door locked at all times.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING (Seattle Laws)
* LOCATION: Bins are located at the house next door (8507 Densmore—look for the blue car).
* COLLECTION: Thursday Morning. Please roll bins to the curb Wednesday night.
* RECYCLE: Every other week. Next recycle day: Jan 15th.
PROPERTY CARE
* NO SMOKING/VAPING: Strictly prohibited inside the home ($500 fee applies)
* FIREPLACE: The fireplace is decorative only. No fires permitted.
* PARKING: Please use the one designated spot in the front driveway.
* SHOWER: Please note the shower floor/wall has a permanent stain; it has been professionally sanitized and is fully clean.
* MAINTENANCE: Alert the host immediately via the VRBO app for any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues.

* NO PARTIES: We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or unlisted guests.
