Excellent stay

We had such a wonderful time at this home! We used to live close by and were visiting from BC to see our family. I think the location is great as it’s in a quiet court but close to shopping and restaurants! We even saw a fox one morning! The home was very clean and set up well! The backyard is beautiful and I wished it had been warmer so we could have sat out there! My kids enjoyed the big tub and all the toys so much that they said they wanted to move there permanently! This home has everything you need for a great stay!

Our first trip to Toronto

Lovely house with all mod cons. Beautiful kitchen, living and dining areas. The garden is perfect for sitting out in and is well looked after. The areas of Burlington and Oakville are a great place to stay with plenty of amenties on your doorstep. Easy access on the GoTransit to Toronto. The owners made us feel hugely welcome and were available for any questions we had. I would like to thank them for being such great hosts. All in all a holiday to remember!

3 weeks in paradise

When I rented this place from Rene and Yvonne I was expecting my daughter and grandson to stay with me, in addition to my wife. When those plans fell through I contemplated cancelling the reservation. I'm really glad I didn't. Rene and Yvonne are amazing hosts. I am not exaggerating when I say they will jump through hoops to make sure their guests are happy. The house lives up to the profile and accompanying photos, and then some. My favourite place in the house was the recliner next to the wood burning fireplace. (I went through their supply of wood half way through the second week.) The kitchen is well equipped, the gas stove and oven are great. The Keurig coffee maker is top shelf with a supply of a variety of K-Cups. Unfortunately I did not get to use the backyard as much as I would have liked. (We had a ton of rain while I was there.) But on the two days I was able to sit out it was great. I arrived on Good Friday. All of the local grocery stores were closed. Rene and Yvonne asked me what kid of food I would like to have available. I expected nothing more then what I had asked for. But when I got there they showed me a full pantry and a refrigerator well stocked with the important stuff - like, milk, juices, etc. There is both a high end grocery store and a basic one nearby. Both within a five minute drive. I hosted three suppers while I was there and all of the guests raved about the place. I personally loved the dining room and the choice of place settings, both casual and a bit upscale. And for those of you who unfortunately have to work while on vacation, there are two desks suitable for setting up a home office. I will stay again without a doubt.

14 wunderschöne Tage

Wir haben als Familie, mit drei erwachsen Personen, im Sommer Urlaub gemacht. Rene und Yvonne haben uns auf das herzlichste in ihrem Haus willkommen geheißen. Als Willkommensgruß waren frisches Obst und Wein im Kühlschrank. Nach einer Führung durch das Haus und den Garten waren wir völlig überwältigt. Es ist alles noch schöner und gemütlicher als auf den Fotos. Bei Einrichtung und Komfort fehlt es an nichts. Wir waren in einer sehr warmen Zeit dort und im Haus war es angenehm kühl. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer freundlichen Nachbarschaft. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, bis bald.
