Property was ok. No indication was given that the unit is on the 3rd floor. Wouldn’t have been a problem if there were elevators. I would suggest seniors not do this unit. King size bed but positioned real low to the floor. Again I wouldn’t recommend this unit for seniors. Parking was great. There was dust on the top of the refrigerator probably from 3 or 4 years, that wasn’t a pretty site. We found long strings of hair which was a surprise. This was the first time that I experienced not being contacted by the host upon checking as well at least one time during the stay. I will not stay there again, although a younger tenant might find it the right place with it’s proximity to the beach.
