Welcome to Unit 1 of our charming four-unit cottage! When you arrive, you’ll see a small parking lot on the left-hand side. Unit 1 is the front corner unit, directly to your left as you enter the lot. Look for the “Unit 1” sign on the white post at the entrance.
As you enter the apartment, you will find a comfortable and accommodating design that has everything you need, with extra lighting enhancement systems to set the atmosphere. With two facing reclining couches, new flooring, new bathroom, washer/dryer, bedroom and free parking.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the parking gate fob to the dining table. Our team will look for it during the post-checkout walkthrough.
On your way out, please close the door firmly and press the lock button on the keypad to secure the door.
Turn off the AC/heat, fans, lights, TVs, etc., and leave the remotes on the table.
Please clean up any messes. If you have a lot of trash, you can put it in the white corral on the corner of the lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
