There was a lot of unexpected issues. The railing on the outside stairs was unstable and was loose. Very dangerous to both walk up to the second floor front door. The carpet had many stains and an iron burn mark. Several outlets did not work properlyThere is no garage door opener. No light in one of the bathrooms. The house sleeps 9, but only seating for 4. Sinks and dishwasher were slimy and dirty The upstairs toilet leaks into the floor. One bedroom doesn’t have a rod to hang clothes. The mattresses are old, lumpy and uncomfortable for all. The upstairs balcony is full of loose hanging extension chords.
