We had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious and perfect for a larger group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone had their own space, but also lots of areas where we could all hang out together. We spent a ton of time by the pool and hot tub, and the game room and outdoor movie area were great when everyone wanted to stay in.The hosts were incredibly responsive and the service was great. Anytime we had a question, they got back to us quickly and were genuinely helpful. The kitchen made it easy to cook for everyone, there was plenty of parking for multiple cars, and the location was convenient for beach days. It was a really easy house for a group trip and we’d definitely stay again.

I want to give an honest account of our stay so future guests know what to expect. I'd encourage anyone booking to look closely at the listing photos, because several did not match the actual property when we arrived.We ran into several problems. When we first tried to get into the house, the entry code we were given did not work, and a new code had to be sent before we could get inside. A few hours after we arrived, an unannounced electrician came out because one bedroom and another room had no power. He was there for several hours, and the issue was not resolved. A second electrician returned a few days later, which again interrupted our time at the house, though the power was finally working for the last two days of our stay.The listing advertised a golf simulator. The room was there, but there was no simulator and no clubs available to use. The backyard was flooded and full of mosquitoes during our visit, and the trash area was littered with garbage on the ground. We also saw raccoons in the backyard at several points throughout the stay.Overall, the property did not match what was advertised, and these issues made it hard to enjoy our time there. I'd recommend reviewing the listing carefully before booking.
