Welcome to The Cozy Mitten, a comfy 2-bedroom, 1-bath home right on W. Sherman Blvd. in Muskegon. Whether you’re here to relax, work remotely, or explore the lakeshore, this spot has everything you need to feel at home.
Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with an electric fireplace and Smart TVs in the living room and primary bedroom. The dine-in kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker with coffee, tea, sugar, and cream provided. There’s also a small workspace if you need to catch up on work.
Step outside to a fenced-in backyard (pet gate provided for walkway)—perfect for your furry friends! Enjoy the outdoor seating or gather around the fire pit (seasonal, May 15- November 01) for a relaxing evening.
Just a short drive to Lake Michigan beaches, downtown Muskegon, and local shops and restaurants.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load and start the dishwasher, and please START a load of laundry (Towels). Please do not leave dirty dishes, or there will be an additional $65 cleaning fee assessed after your stay.
Trash: If you are staying on a Sunday night, please bring the trash can down to the end of the driveway that evening so that it can be emptied Monday morning.
Please help us conserve energy by making sure that you have turned the heat down to 64 degrees or in the summer the air up to 75 degrees. Please turn off all lights, fans and televisions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
