We enjoyed the location along the canal, nice neighborhood, Convient to grocery stores and restraunts, and within walking distance to the beach. The home is beautiful and the pool area was our favorite.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, which was beautiful. Location was nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that we had no control over the temperature in the house. The owners were very responsive, though, if we requested a change in temperature.

We had to leave Virginia before the snowstorm and our week stay in Cape Coral which started Sunday. The house was nice but the pool was too cold to even get into and the nice fire pit had no propane. That was very disappointing.

We had a few different issues with the home, the one thing that helped tremendously was the host who kept in constant contact & always addressed any and all issues. I wish I could brag about this stay. The house was comfortable and we did enjoy the amenities. I just wish the house was cleaner and I was able to actually control the a/c. As a whole I give it a 3 1/2 stars. Unfortunately, this is the first VRBO I wouldn't rent again.
