Tucked inside the friendly Las Palmas neighborhood, this condo offers the best of Coco’s beach town vibe. The community has a shared pool and rancho area, perfect for lounging under the palms.

Just steps away, you’ll find two lively plazas — Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur — home to fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, grocery store, day spa, and more. Cross the street and you’re on the sand! Downtown Coco is just a few minutes away, offering even more dining, shops, and three major grocery stores.

Guests have private access to the full condo and share the pool and covered rancho with the other units in the complex (20 units in total).

The main floor offers a spacious kitchen, dining area, and cozy living space with Smart TV. You’ll also find a full bathroom and out back is a screened terrace with laundry and propane BBQ for added convenience. Upstairs, there are two inviting bedrooms that share a second full bathroom. With cool ocean breezes, fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of home, you’ll settle right into the relaxed pace of coastal living.
