Private Saco River Beach access, Storyland & Attitash 3 miles away

This rustic cozy pet-friendly home is located in the North Conway, NH area. It is a three-bedroom with two full baths. A large open kitchen leads to an open dining and living room area with an open loft to the upstairs hallway. Large deck with grill and outside fire pit. Fully applianced, cable tv, Apple TV, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels provided. Gas stove fireplace for a perfectly cool night.

Private, access to Saco River Beach is located just a short walk down the road. Perfect for tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming! Echo Lake State Park a few miles down the road is another beautiful swimming area.

Hiking trail to Mt. Stanton a few houses down. You can actually hike to Mt. Washington from this trail!

Storyland is located 3 miles away!

Attitash Ski Mountain and activities are located less than a mile away. Ten-minute drive to all of North Conway's shopping, fine dining, and entertainment!

That first-floor bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed with an attached full bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has a set of two bunk beds with access to the full bathroom and a TV with a DVD player.

Pack and play and a baby gate are provided along with receptacle covers for outlets for the safety of children.

Also, bring your furry friend along to this pet-friendly house! Dog bowls, lead, and treat jar are some thoughtful additions for your companion. Custom gate added to outside deck for the safety of your pet and baby gate for inside. If your dog is not used to new spaces we kindly ask you to crate them when not in the house.

It's quiet and peaceful neighborhood is perfect year around!

We have a standard coffee machine and a Keurig. Coffee filters are provided. Coffee is not guaranteed to be stocked.

Need more space? We have a two-bedroom in this neighborhood for the in-laws! Ask us about it!

** our dumpster is emptied on Monday mornings normally around 9 AM. Please make sure no cars are blocking the dumpster a $75 rescheduling fee will be charged if the car is blocking.

My husband and myself live on the South Shore in Massachusetts. We both grew up in Massachusetts and have always vacationed in New Hampshire making it the perfect spot for a vacation home.

Why they chose this property

The White Mountains have been a great part of our relationship. We would canoe the Saco River as kids yearly as friends and now as husband and wife. We have always known this area would have a place in our hearts and always be in our lives. We know enjoy it with our 4 year old son.

What makes this property unique

The moment we walked into Sweet Pines I knew it was it. The lofted ceilings, the multiple large windows letting in so much natural light and the quiet neighborhood nestled in the pine trees. Even driving in and seeing Mt.Stanton knowing the hiking trails were so close made me feel like this was the house for us.
