Come enjoy & relax! Winter Texans welcome and willing to negotiate monthly rate.

This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath is well kept and and recently remodeled! Perfect for winter Texans or a weekend fishing resort! The kitchen overlooks the dining and living room so that you can easily entertain. The upstairs covered balcony overlooks the canal and is great for morning coffee or sunset. Very Nice neighborhood and quiet. Please if you're outside remember the loud music travels down the water and some neighbors have to go to work the next morning. They would appreciate it!
