This is a cute home in a great location if you have a rental car and plan to beach hop. We were 30 minutes from Tamarindo, and 30 minutes from Flamingo, with several incredible beaches in between. It has a great bedroom set up for a large family or a couple families travelling together. The host is very responsive.

Stay at casa Poiema

Wonderful stay! The house is very nice, close to the beach (2.5km), the pool and patio are awesome. It has bikes that are very useful. The host respond very quickly and offers diffèrent services. I would definitely recommend this house.

Lovely Experience!

The house is beautiful and spacious. We are breakfasts out on the covered patio, and had cocktails around the kitchen island. It was a perfect place for us to gather as friends and spend time together. Thank you!

The perfect Costa Rica experience

This house was amazing! I stayed here for six weeks and had friends and family come to stay during my visit. It is the perfect layout for larger groups (the most I had in the home was 6 at a time). The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need to cook amazing meals. There is a large indoor table but my favorite was the large outdoor dining area with seating for six. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and very relaxing. We saw all kinds of animals right in the backyard - Howler Monkeys, Iguana's, colorful birds, unique squirrels, frogs, and crabs! This house is in a highly secured community and I felt very safe. We went to Tamarindo a few times but we all loved Playa Grande for dinners. There are so many quaint places to eat with really great food. I will miss it so much and it was hard to leave. Pura Vida! Also the property management company was the best! Super responsive and helpful with anything I needed. The best I've experienced in a long time.

La casa es muy amplia limpia...ideal para disfrutar con amogos...No me gusto que la casa NO se encuentre a 7min caminando a la playa como dice. Se encuentra a 8 min aprox en auto. El resto todo perfecto, salvo q el lavavajillas no anda bien. La casa es muuuy linda
