THIS IS THE PLACE !! Enjoy! Come Stay! and Play! Honeymooners Welcome! Treat yourself to a wonderful vacation. Great Fishing !! There is a deck off of the kitchen for easy barbeque and enjoying the view of the lake with family and friends. We enjoy waking up to the sun glistening off of the water. Beautiful View! Four French Doors with Two upper decks overlooking the Lake. Two queen-size beds, Two twins, plus three additional sleeping. Jacuzzi tub in master bath. Watersports, hunting, fishing, caving, or just plain relaxing, this is the place.
FISHING - Warsaw is the home to the Paddlefish Season in the Spring. We have hosted many Paddle fisherman over the years. While this property is located on the Lake of The Ozarks it is 3 miles from Truman Dam.
If you enjoy WATER SPORTS, the boat launch is very near.
If you enjoy spelunking there are a number of area caves

Nice home, not waterfront

The home was clean and well taken care of inside. The home is not necessarily waterfront. You cannot see the lake from the house due to the amount of trees and the walkway to get to the water is extremely rocky and difficult to walk through.

Disappointed

The beds were comfortable and the neighbors were wonderful but we couldn't get down to the water due to the backyard being over grown, poison ivy, and full of ticks. The property needs to be sprayed due to the amount of bugs inside and outside the house. Inside the house there was dirt on the kitchen floor, bug in the sink and soap stain in the tub. I think with a little more attention this could be a wonderful property it has all the potential and what a nice group of neighbors.

This house was very clean and accommodating for us and had everything we needed. If you need a place to stay in Warsaw, I highly recommend this place.

Celebration of Life

Was perfect for out family get away with 2 families. My parents both passed away and recently and my brother and I grew up spending a lot of time in Warsaw/White Branch. We brought our kids down to fish my dads favorite spots and golf his favorite course!

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the lake, our kids enjoyed waking right down to the water to fish, and a short walk over to the boat ramp to swim and fish. Just a short drive to town to explore Downtown Warsaw to shop and have some of the best icecream. Only thing we were shocked with was the gravel road into the property but after the first drive down it, it was fine. We will be back!!
