Welcome to this charming mobile home in Auburn. Guests will find two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a living room that also features a queen bed for extra comfort. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. For the heater just switch thermostat to heat and for A/C switch it to cool as needed. To change the temperature hold the directional button up or down until temperature reading begins to flash then press to desired temperature. The property is bright and inviting, this serene retreat offers a fabulous spot to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding inside or enjoying quiet moments, this home provides a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The stove needs to be ignited since it is a gas stove so if any air gets there you'll need to wait a few seconds with the knob on ignite. Once it is ignited change to low, high or medium as needed.

Hi Everet! We thank you for bringing your concerns. Temperatures on the refrigerator and freezer check out normal and as far as the stove, it is a gas range and sometimes if there is air in the line it takes a few seconds to ignite. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and we'll definitely add it to the description 😀
