The house stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re gathering for a restful night or enjoying some downtime, this serene retreat offers a fabulous place to recharge. Experience the magic of Beaver Lake at our newly renovated home. We also provide two kayaks, one canoe, and two paddleboards. Only 30min to University of Arkansas campus. If you want to bring your own boat, we have boat parking and a neighborhood boat ramp just .25 miles away.

Came to town for college tour with a couple of students. Great space. Used the spa one of those evenings. Front porch has nice views! Hands on owners. Great service. One of the best VRBOs we have experienced. Close enough to town but distant enough to get away from the noise.
