A seemingly distant rural escape, while surprisingly close to local shopping, restaurants, event venues, and hiking trails. Hide away in our bright and calm home, filled with quality décor and necessities. Inquire about our special occasion packages to make your stay even more special!
The Space:
Main floor primary suite with private deck. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 twin trundle beds and two separate twin beds. Two separate eating spaces, heated flooring in primary bathroom and mudroom/laundry room. Front porch with seating, and patio off of mudroom with BBQ space and 6 person outdoor seating. Set on 10 acres of privately owned land. Close to Stevens Creek hiking trails. Pull out bed/couch in living room
Guest Access:
All spaces are usable except basement. This is a utility area and access is strictly prohibited.
Other Things to Note:
Dirt road access. No animals allowed($300/day fee for any authorized animals).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all used linens (sheets, bedding, towels) in pile on bathroom floor. If possible, start a load of laundry before vacating.
Please ensure heat is left on in colder months but set to 68 degrees.
Please ensure all trash is bagged and placed in trash can outside with lid securely closed to prevent wildlife from entering.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please always ensure that there is never any oils/grease put down drains or in the dishwasher. Any cooking wear should be thoroughly wiped.
Basement is strictly prohibited for access. Guests may not enter this space.
No pets are allowed. If pets are found to be on the property, you will be charged a $300/day fee for the total number of nights of your stay.
