Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not put bedding on the floors or wad them up. Simply pull back the blankets so we know which beds were used. No need to make or unmake beds. Thank you.
Put all used towels in the bathtubs please. Set both thermostats. Winter: Heat 68 Summer: Air 75
Don't forget to write in our guest book!

Please do not park on the grass. No fires or burning allowed. No weapons in the house. Absolutely no shooting allowed on property.

The property and location were great. So nice and peaceful. The owners had everything you could need. Beds were comfortable, house clean, and even games to play if needed. It was just like being in your own home. Highly recommend this place. We will be back next time we are in town!!

We totally loved our stay in this remodeled country family home. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The hosts are extremely helpful and I found them to be some of the nicest people I have come across in all my weekend rental experience. Should I ever need to be on the Springfield area, I will definitely be staying here if available. Thank you so much for renting to me and my family.

Very perfect for our group. The bedrooms met our needs and everything we needed was there already. The decor was well done and welcoming, the property’s privacy was great for our group of giggling women bonding with time together.

A beautiful home. Made us feel like we were at home. Great contact with owner. Whenever I contacted thru VRBO, we received immediate response. Nothing wrong with home. It had to do with our traveling. I would recommend this place to anyone.
