Bright, modern, 2bed, 2bath, midrise home. Across from canal and common area. Open floor plan, hardwood, central a/c with fans in every room. Cable TV, wifi, smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and much more. Full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, full range top, stacked washer/ dryer. Queen bed in master bedroom with full bath. 2 twin beds in second bedroom. A pullout sofa offering a queen bed. 2 kayaks, 1 SUP board, 4 bikes, outdoor seating with table. Gas grill.
Located in Venture Out resort community; gated, fully staffed, with security, 2 ramp marina, grocery, gas, pool, hot tub, tennis courts.
Best of all: open ocean access for boaters to both ocean side and gulf waters.
20 minutes to Key West, and Marathon. Close to it all, but away from everything!!

Nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals allowed.
Boat/ trailer storage on site, at marina. Nightly storage fee of $10.00 collected by venture out.

There is a $125.00 registration fee payable upon check- in at the security gate. Cash or check accepted... no credit/ debit cards. This is charged and collected solely by Venture Out resort.

Excellent option for the Keys. Nice house with all amenities needed. Host responsive and accomodating. Neighborhood is mix of retirees and snowbirds with some vacationing families. Everyone is very friendly and the entire operation is well run.Pool is salt water and very good. Thirty minute drive to Key West. Overall an excellent choice.

We enjoyed our stay despite some little quirks about the place. The host's communication was excellent and the home was very clean and relatively well equipped. This is in a nice secure area with some nice amenities (although it was a little chilly to use them all when were were there). The only quirk was a popped breaker (which was fixed immediately) and the microwave had this odd "unlock" button which didn't work, so we had to unplug it to get the door open after use. Not a big deal -- just something to note for future guests! I would absolutely stay here again.

we appreciated the bikes, though not impressed with the shape they were in....not realizing what the florida weather does them. a few tools and oil for the chains might be nice.ice maker would have been nice to have, or at least some ice cube trays to make ice.(we found that tha cupcake pan worked great for making ice!) The house was clean and well stocked....appreciated the seasonings, beach towels, full size washer & dryer!

This has been the best place I have stayed in the last 9 years of coming! The host was amazing and was great on responding to messages. They have bikes to ride as well as paddle-board. I HIGHLY recommend this place! You will love it as much as I did!

A bit of a mixed bag - the location was nice and I liked the RV park that it was located in. The direct access to the ocean was nice, as well as the kayaks. However, the host was slow to respond to questions. Amenities were sparse - there was no soap and barely any toilet paper or paper towels, which is something I would usually expect at a rental. There were bikes but a couple of them had very deflated tires so they couldn't really be used. Additionally, we were only allowed to set the A/C as low as 74 degrees (due to the unit freezing), which is something that wasn't advertised on the listing. I guess the plus was that the listing was a little on the cheaper side, but if I had known about these issues I'm not sure I would have stayed here.

Nice stay in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at Cudjoe Key. Home is very cute and comfortable. Could use some minor updates but relative to other places in "Venture out" I was very pleased with the accommodations. Location is wonderful and check in and out was very easy. Would stay again.
