About this property
Cozy Unique Studio Near WA State Fair
Welcome to your cozy studio retreat located just a few blocks from the Washington State Fair. Wake up to calming views of lush green pastureland and the distant peak of Mt. Rainier - the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee.
Ideally situated near the fairgrounds, train station, hospital, farmers market, and top local dining, this studio offers effortless access to Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Mt. Rainier, and the Puget Sound. A stylish, convenient, and peaceful stay awaits.
Step into a cozy, light-filled studio perched above our detached garage, designed for comfort, calm, and beautiful PNW sunsets. This second-floor retreat is quiet, modern, and perfect for two guests looking for a peaceful place to unwind.
Your comfort matters to us. You’ll have off-street parking, a private entrance (facing the house for extra privacy), and sweet touches to make your stay feel special —
earplugs, a sound machine, a sunrise alarm clock, and a wireless phone charger right by the bed.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, microwave, air-fryer toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and stainless steel sink, ideal for simple meals or longer stays.
Bringing a pup? We provide dog bowls and treats. For the safety and cleanliness of the space, dogs must be friendly, fully house-trained, and supervised at all times (no pee-pad–trained dogs).
To explore the neighborhood, enjoy access to our two bikes, and a BBQ grill is available upon request for relaxed evenings.

About the host
Hosted by Brian suko
My wife and I are homebodies who love to go on walks. We have one small yippy dog named Coco. Locals to the PNW, we enjoy going to the farmers markets and spending time with our grandchildren & family. When we aren't at home you can find us working out or taking up new hobbies.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is centrally located and very walkable to downtown Puyallup, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the fairgrounds. It's a charming area that gives a true local experience while still being convenient and enjoyable.
What makes this property unique
It is very quiet and private. The bed is very comfy.
