Wonderful rental! So thankful we found this one when our first rental canceled on us. It was prefect for our family of 11. Loved the pool and ocean front options. The home was very clean and well stocked with lots of space for us. Host was very responsive for everything we needed.

Overall, our stay was mixed. Pros: We enjoyed the spacious layout, lovely rooftop area, clean pool, and the helpful extras provided- beach gear and kitchen essentials. Cons: -We mainly used the property to sleep but spent an evening in for a birthday dinner and movie. The owner messaged that the noise monitor detected elevated noise on 3 occasions during normal activities: greeting our group on arrival, watching a funny movie, and singing happy birthday. This strict monitoring felt INCREDIBLY intrusive especially since the listing did not disclose that noise monitoring equipment was installed in the living area. Had we known, it would have influenced our decision to book. - We dealt with a frustrating ant situation. We attempted to manage it ourselves using thorough cleaning and organic sprays but the ants continuously returned after a few hours. When I reported this at checkout, although they apologized, the response I received was disappointing. Suggesting that we should have reported it during our stay so someone could inspect and spray pesticides while we were there—especially since some of our group have respiratory issues—was inappropriate and dismissive. An issue of that scale should have been identified and resolved BEFORE our arrival. Not offering to reimburse us for the lost food and drink items we'd purchased was also inadequate. I'm sure the issue will be resolved for the next guest, but it was a significant damper on our stay and the response was unsatisfactory
