Attractive and cozy townhome located on the Snowcreek meadow, steps away from #4 Redline Ski Shuttle stop. This townhome has been recently upgraded with beautiful furnishings, new kitchen appliances (Bosch range, dishwasher and microwave), remodeled fireplace and new electronics (50' LCD Flatscreen TV, blue-ray player, surround-sound bar). There is room to sleep up to 10 guests. Both primary bedroom suites have a private deck from which you can look out onto the pristine meadow and Mammoth Creek meandering by 50 feet away; some of the best views that Snowcreek has to offer. Beyond the meadow are the beautiful Sherwin and Mammoth mountains which set an amazing backdrop to the townhome view. The location provides easy access to everything you'll need: walking distance to restaurants and stores and minutes away from golf courses, Snowcreek Athletic Club and walking, biking & hiking trails. High speed WiFi internet access is provided throughout the condo. Security and safety is enhanced by an exterior security camera mounted above the porch closet that covers the porch and front door area.

Comfort condo

Condo was very clean. Beds comfortable and beautiful scenery. Close to the meadow for walks. Stayed here with my family so we could attend my granddaughters wedding at June Lake. Love this condo. Will stay there again.

Great views

This condo met our needs for a spacious and comfortable place to stay during our five-day visit to Mammoth this month. It is in a great location close to town, with beautiful views of the mountains and meadow. While this unit is showing its age, it did have nice pluses like a well-stocked kitchen, ample towels/linens, and good WiFi.

We had an amazing time. Condo was in the perfect location, with the littles we never had to leave. They had a sledding slope and plenty of snow to play right out front. Elaine was very pleasant to work with and was very responsive. We plan to come again next year.

Great View, Nice Place

Condo is fantastic. Lay out is nice for a large group. Supplied well in the kitchen, everything you need. Thermostats in all rooms. Corner unit that looks out over a meadow! Gorgeous. Views! We will be back!!

Wonderful Experience

We took our son and daughter and their respective spouses for a long weekend of skiing and couldn't have been happier with Elaine's Townhome. It was very spacious, well equipped, and had gorgeous views from all windows and balconies. This is one of the best locations in Snowcreek and it's right on Mammoth Creek. We would most definitely rent this unit again, as it would be great for a summer trip as well. Elaine is wonderful to work with, and we highly recommend this unit for a Mammoth vacation!

Epic stay at awesome condo!!!

We had an amazing stay Feb 21-25, 2024 at this condo. The condo fully exceeded our expectations!! Everything was in tact and on perfect working condition. Huge bedrooms!! All 3 bathrooms perfect as well. Huge washer and dryer. Needed to chat with host and had immediate contact with Elaine. Hopefully it is available next time we return to mammoth as we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent space

I’ve stayed at many properties at Snow Creek, but this is the only one with an extra master bedroom and bath, and that makes a big difference. The property was warm and inviting with a gorgeous view and functional common areas, but there was also lots of room for privacy and quiet retreat. I especially appreciated that one of the puzzle boxes had “missing 9 pieces” written on it.

Perfect Fit!

We loved this property!! It has not been remodeled, but it is clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for snow play, skiing, tubing, and trips to town. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, parking was easy, and the kids and adults in our group all had a blast. Elaine, our host, was responsive and friendly but we really didn’t need anything; the property was set up for guests and everything went smoothly from booking to checkout. Our faves were the views and the loft- the kids really liked hanging out up there. Two master bedrooms was also a bonus for the adults! Thanks to Elaine and Scott for letting us stay at their great property!!

Very homey, spacious, and conveniently located condo

We stayed here for a weekend of skiing. The condo was definitely spacious enough for the 10 of us (adults) to sleep, cook and eat dinner together, and get ready quickly in the mornings (3 full baths with plenty of hot water.) It's a ~3 minute walk to the free red line shuttle to Main Lodge, which comes every 15 minutes and is very convenient. ~5 min walk to the spa with a large jacuzzi and sauna (which is shared but no one else used when we were there.) It's also located near a supermarket, coffee shop, and many other stores if you need anything. The view from the condo is beautiful and the location is quiet and private. All of the condo's furnishings, linens, etc. are very nice - not your cliche ski cabin! The owners were also very friendly and helpful with everything. Highly recommended and we hope to stay there again in the future.

The Magic of Mammoth in a Comfortable Condo

This condo is part of the well-maintained Snowcreek development, which is located within comfortable walking distance of downtown Mammoth Lakes and some very pleasant walking paths, and with a prime view of the surrounding meadow and mountains. The condo was very comfortable for our group of seven adults. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us for meals and games, and the living area was perfect for lounging while watching a movie. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds. The kitchen includes recently updated major appliances and is well-stocked with utensils and dinnerware. I appreciated the computer desk in the corner nook near the kitchen. And having a washer and dryer within the unit was an absolute plus, allowing us to pack a little lighter. The unit overall was clean and well-maintained, although the bathroom fans are noisy and in need of replacement. We did find that the jacuzzi code as provided was not correct, but Elaine was responsive in obtaining and sending the updated code to us. All-in-all, the condo was an ideal place for our Summer stay.

This is z stunning corner unit with amazing views from both master bedrooms and the living room. The owners were readily available if we had any questions. The kitchen was well stocked. If I could, I would spend the entire summer here! So much to do!

We love Mammoth and all that it has to offer. We have been fishing and skiing Mammoth almost every year since the late-60's and have deep roots within the community. Our favorite activities include golfing, skiing, fishing, biking and hiking.

Why they chose this property

This large townhome has spectacular views of the meadow, the creek and the mountains and is steps away from the ski shuttle stop. The spaciousness within the condo allows us to spend time with extended family and friends.

What makes this property unique

This condo is an easy 1/3 mile walk to restaurants and shopping and 100 yards from the Red Line shuttle bus that will take you to the ski lifts. At the same time, when you're at the townhome you'll feel like you're immersed in nature and away from civilization because we're located RIGHT ON and facing Mammoth Creek and the Snowcreek meadow (a protected wetland area). The mountain and meadow views are some of the best in all of Snowcreek, and Mammoth for that matter.
