About this property

Crosby Backyard Oasis with Weekday Specials!

Perfect escape from city life & yet only 30 minutes away from Houston.
Guests stay at the "Back House" which has 5 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, huge game room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, a newly added outdoor kitchen w/ fridge, sink and island. Cable & Roku, Outdoor TVs by pool, personal sauna, foosball and ping pong.
NOTE:
Extra charge of $75 to heat the hot tub for 3 hours or $480/day. Sorry, it's expensive but the gas is crazy high and it uses propane!
The jets are free!
No parties.


PLEASE NOTE:


House Rules
Guests will be required to read and honor the House Rules and rental agreement.

Parties/Gatherings
No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.

Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.

Additional Amenities
A crib is available upon request. We currently have 14 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.

If you need additional bedding such as extra pillows, air mattresses, or electric (heated) blankets, please feel free to make a request. A walker is also available upon request.

Extra lighting options throughout the house
Plenty of extra pillows of different sizes and firmness.!


Note: The back house is connected by a roof to the front house, however, separated by a breezeway. It's just my wife and I who will be in the front house but we both work and are usually busy so we won't be around too much.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed for three nights (weekend) and it was a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, the property manager and assistants were very polite and fast when I message them. The pool and amenities were as described.

Stunning Pool and Tiki Hut area

Adults and children both enjoyed the pool, as well as the game room -- pool table and arcade were both huge hits! We enjoyed gathering around the kitchen table, and in the Tiki Hut area.

Mother’s Day out

We came for a Mother’s Day out with about 12-14 of us and the house accommodated us and more! The pictures were spot on and the outside was relaxing and beautiful. The pool was amazing. This house has everything you need! And the host was GREAT at communicating. Could not asked for a greater weeekemd.

Great time with family

Great location for a big group. We got to connect with family and the venue accomadated us all. And the kitchen has just about anything you’d want! Definitely would stay again, but maybe when it’s a little warmer. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool or tiki area because it was Dec/Jan and cold. It made for a great feel though!

There is a lot of maintenance needed. The dishwasher and sink were backed up. Leaks outside in the pool area. Major stains on the carpets that were covered up with rugs. Just needs lots of TLC.

Boys trip

The home is very nice, everything listed on the description was accurate. Unfortunately Hurricane Baryl hit Texas and we got the place with no power. The host offered a 10% discount on the next booking but the host did say that was for returning renters, so that's no true discount since I spent about $1500 for a house with no power. Again not their fault due to the Hurricane. I just think something more like 50-60% off the next stay would've been a fair discount due to the circumstances. Anyways, I still recommend this home because we still jumped in the pool to cool off from the heat ,the discription was accurate and it was mother nature that caused the power outage for the entire stay.

Family gathering for memorial service

My family stayed in this VRBO while in town for my father's memorial service. Owner was very helpful and responsive and the stay was beyond what we needed. The pool was enjoyed during the great weather and everyone appreciated the stay.

Beautiful Home with Great Amenities

This was our second time to stay at this property and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. There was a couple new games added such as ski ball and giant connect four. The kids especially enjoyed those activities! The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and full of games and entertainment. We spent a lot of time in the pool which is a good size and the whole family enjoys it! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had an outstanding experience at this property. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of comfortable room for all of us. The pool was awesome and the game room provided hours of entertainment. The office was excellent for doing a little work while there as well. The owners were great to work with and were quick to respond to any questions or needs. This property made our trip a great success.

The house is 2-stories with extra-wide wooden stairs. There are two thermostats, one per floor. There is a whole-house filter for clean water and a reverse osmosis for the best drinking water. We also recently added a water softening system.!
