Welcome to our paradise "Secret Garden Juan Les Pins" ! This ground floor apartment in "Domain Juan Flore" that sleeps 6 has a lovely private garden with a large SW facing terrace and a smaller terrace outside the bedrooms. The garden is beautiful with a lawn, flowering bushes and is completely private behind the hedges surrounding it. An outdoor-shower is installed for hotter days. The large terrace has both a comfy lounge group and a large diningtable for 6 as well as a Weber gaz barbecue. Electrical sunblinders. The apartment has 2 bedrooms facing north; a king size bed in one room and a “family bed” (2+1) in the other. Extra bed and baby cot are available. AC is installed in both bedrooms for a comfortable climate during the hotter months. Bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. All terrace-doors are shut with shutters (electrical or manual). The high standard kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave owen and Nespesso-machine. There's also a washingmachine in the apartment. The light living room has a lounge-area with a flat screen TV + DVD player, IPOD-dock and a Nintendo Wii-console. Highspeed Internet access (Fibre) for your comfort as well as a generous dining table seating 6-8. The completely fenced garden has lots of flowers and a lawn where children can play safely. A lovely wooden-terrace outside the bedrooms with a provencal sittingroup. Perfect for your morning-coffe in the sun! With the apartment comes a private parking lot next to the garden. A mandatory cleaningfee of 150EUR is payable upon your arrival to our meet-and-greet person. If you wish to rent linnen&towels&beachtowels that is possible for 25EUR/set.
Domain Juan Flore offers an exclusive, spacious and calm gated environment with low buildings, lovely gardens, flowers and a guarded pool. Paved walkways and no cars makes this ideal for families. The pool is big! It has an artificial beach and a separate children’s area. Please note that the pool is unheated and opened from 16/5-4/10 (The exact dates are decided each year in May for the upcoming season) The free public beach with lovely white sand is only about 150 meters away, easily reachable by foot.
The apartment is only a 5 minutes walk to the large local Super Market; "SuperU" (opened every day of the week). There are also several boulangeries, cafees, restaurants, a fitness centre and other shops close by.
The domain is situated between Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan. Both are about 15 min walk away along the boardwalk. Golfe Juan offers a bustling Marina with lots of yachts to watch and many restaurants by the dock. Juan Les Pins is famous for its lovely beach with white sand. In Juan Les Pins you'll find lovely beach restaurants, shopping, trendy night life and a casino as well as a children's park with carousels. Don't miss the little train going back and from Antibes - a must with children!
Getting there and around: From Nice Airport it's a 20-minute drive. Rental cars available at airport. Taxi from the airport is around 60 Euro. There is also an express bus (#250) that stops close to the domain. Fare 15 Euro return ticket. Leaves every 35 min and takes approx. 50 min. The bus stop is 5 min walk away and the train station in Juan-les-Pins 15 min walk away. The buses and trains at the Riviera are excellent, running every few minutes. Take the train to Nice, Monaco, Menton and Italy and enjoy the scenic setting! If you prefer a taxi, UBER works perfectly in the area!
Places to visit and Activities: Visit the historic and beautiful Old Town of Antibes, only a 5 min drive away, or take the train! Nice and Cannes are only 15 min away and Monte Carlo about 45 minutes away. In the picturesque, arty villages of Eze, Mougins and St Paul de Vence you'll find several museums and wonderful small restaurants.
A lot of water sports are available at the marinas and beaches, including Glass-bottomed boat trips. The 'Marineland', one of Europe's largest marine-parks, is only 15 min away. There you'll also find the fantastic water park 'Aquasplash'.
Tennis courts and Golf courses are available throughout the area.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment.
This is a quiet, well equipped apartment located close to the beach and supermarket / shops. It has a great garden which we used for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun. The beach was a short walk away and the onsite parking made hiring a car that much easier. We would love to return soon!

There was everything we could have needed in the apartment from a well equipped kitchen to a BBQ and sun loungers. Great outdoor space too.

the correspondence with the owner has been great since the very beginning. Very warm hearted. The welcome by Stephanie when arriving in Juan les Pins has been just great and the appartment has been a relaxing and beautiful place to us and to our little dog
The villa was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed. The gardens are beautiful, very private and are well maintained, as is the pool. Our host, Marina, was very helpful and met us on arrival ensuring we knew everything about the villa and then kept in contact with us over the holiday with details of a mid break-clean, when the pool maintenance and gardening would be done etc. The outdoor living area is spacious and also very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to the many excellent seafront restaurants and the beach. We spent a peaceful and relaxed couple of weeks at Latchi Aria Villa and would love to return in the future.
We loved the convince to the pool and the beach. Outside porch was wonderful. Communication with owner as well as property manager was great. Loved having some AC in the bedrooms as it was HOT in late July. Condo had everything we needed. Public transportation was easy - bus stop a short walk and train stop about 1 mile walk. I would totally book this condo again for another family vacation. My kiddos as well as myself didn't want to leave!!

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities and a fab garden
The apartment is well located for the beach and amenities such as supermarkets and small restaurants are close . The provision of a well stocked kitchen is fantastic, you have all the utensils you need plus spices etc..
The a/c units in the bedrooms are supplementary to the piped air and have to be the quietest ever. For us Northern Europeans sleeping at 24 deg C meant a comfortable sleep.
We would really recommend the lovely apartment and beautiful gardens which are a short totter from the pool.

We couldn’t speak more highly of this property or of dealing with Stephanie on both check in and check out. My wife injured herself upon our arrival in Marseille and Stephanie was so helpful in allowing us to check in a day late due to Linda’s surgery. Stephanie was also so helpful in offering to take us to her own doctor if needed during our stay. The property itself was clean, cozy, and very well appointed with everything a guest could need to make our stay feel like home. Shopping was close by and within walking distance, as was access to the beach. It was cozy and relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind and recharge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this property. If we are to come back to the Antibes area, we will undoubtedly return to this beautiful apartment.
We had a fab four days at this apartment (despite some weird August weather). The apartment itself is perfect and while there is no A/C as such in the living room, there is in the bedrooms and so this was not an issue at all. The location is great, in a nice somewhat "old school" development of apartments around a massive and really clean and well maintained pool. The property manager Stephanie was great and communication with her before our trip and to arrange check out was perfect. The location is good and while not quite easy walking distance to either Golfe Juan or Juan les Pins (not with a 5-year old anyway...) it was an easy 5-10 min drive to each so no issues at all! Would definitely happily stay here again as a great base on the Cote d'Azur.

Good location of the appartement. But the appartement was not clean at all, linnen (topper is bloody and duvet too) was not washed, plates and glasses were oily, dish washer smells to hell, BBQ can not be used due lack of cleaning. Not even the mirrors were cleaned. Bathrooms are tiny and in very bad condition. Milk was not available as written and the freezer contained food from someone renting the appartement before.

We have now changed our cleaning- and concierge-service after your stay. That firm was new to us this season and apparently did not work out well at all.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt!Die Wohnanlage insgesamt macht einen sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Eindruck. Die Nähe zu Einkaufszentrum, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zum Strand ist ein großer Vorteil.Der Pool ist sehr groß und super zum Schwimmen. Allerdings bietet er kaum Schatten und keinerlei Liegen, wodurch er nicht sehr zum Verweilen einlädt. Und hier ist wirklich gar nichts erlaubt (nicht mal Ballspielen).Die Wohnung hat einen schönen, gepflegten und liebevoll gestalteten Garten. Da er komplett eingezäunt ist, hat sich auch unsere 16jährige blinde Dackeldame sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das W-Lan funktioniert gut. Küchengeräte, Teller, Schüsseln, Besteck und sogar Gewürze etc. sind reichlich vorhanden. Das große Wohn-/Esszimmer haben wir kaum genutzt, weil wir uns bei dem herrlichen Wetter hauptsächlich auf der schön möblierten und gemütlichen Terrasse aufgehalten haben.Einige Abnutzungsspuren fallen natürlich schon auf, aber so etwas bleibt über die Zeit vermutlich nicht aus. Die Küche würde allerdings eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen und auch eine Reinigung der Dunstabzugshaube bzw. Austausch des Filters würde sicher helfen. Das gilt auch für den Grill, den wir daher nicht genutzt haben.Herzlicher, zuvorkommender Kontakt zur Vermieterin und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Wir hatten reichlich Salatreste in unserer Besteckschublade. Küchenschubladen waren klebrig. Wir mussten alles in der Geschirrsoülmaschine durchwaschen, bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Der Grill war unbenutzbar. Die Emaille des Rostes hat sich schon total aufgelöst. Kein Grillen möglich ohne Metallreste im Essen. Die Schuld wurde auf Vorgäste geschoben. Eine Lösung bekamen wir leider nicht. Unser schon gekauftes Grillfleisch mussten wir im Müll entsorgen.Die Preisgestaltung war völlig intransparent - entgegen der fewo-direkt/vrbo Richtlinien musste zusätzlich eine Endreigung bar bezahlt werden. Eine Quittung hierfür wurde mir verweigert.Davon ab hat die Wohnung einen wunderschönen Garten und eine super Lage. Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand sind gleich um die Ecke. In der Wohnung liegt allerlei alter Kram und kaputtes Spielzeug rum. Wohl der von Vorgästen.Der Pool war ein wichtiger Grund, diese Wohnung zu buchen. Leider scheint es ein ziemlicher Spießerpool zu sein - nichts ist erlaubt. Keinerlei Spielzeug, kein Ball, nichts. Und eine Art Bademeister war jederzeit da, um auf strikte Einhaltung zu achten. Für mehr war er offenbar nicht zuständig. Witzigerweise waren fast ausschließlich Familien mit Kindern im Pool, als wir da waren.
Die Vermieterin und der Empfang in der Ferienwohnung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns ideal, zentral und trotzdem ruhig, nahe am Sandstrand. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, gepflegt und mit wunderschönem Umschwung.

Übergabe top, verlässlich und unkompliziert.
Wohnung war sehr Sauber - Ausstattung top.
Einzig die angepriesene und auch auf Fotos ersichtliche Rutsche gibt es nicht, was gerade bei der Buchung mit Kindern sehr schade ist wenn sowas einfach nicht da ist.
Im Kühlschrank waren leider noch offene Sachen von einem vorigen Gast oder Mieter was doch etwas grauslig ist.
Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben, klar sieht man der Wohnung und der Terrasse etliche Gebrauchsspuren an, und auch da und dort etwas Renovierungsbedürftiges - aber da haben wir Österreich wohl doch noch etwas zu hohe Ansprüche
Daher eine klassische 3 von 5.

We had a fabulous week in this property. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to make a home from home. The location is fantastic for walks to the beach or to the marinas, you can easily drive to Monaco and Cannes for some excellent days out.
The kids absolutely loved the on site pool which was warm and spacious.
It is a quiet property in walking distance of supermarkets, with a nice out side space to relax in.
Ebba and her appartement are fantastic with a great garden and a very practical location (2 min : swimming pool and 5 min beach by foot). We had a lovely stay. Thanks a lot!

A fantastic apartment in an excellent and very secure environment in the wonderful Juan Les Pins, Antibes location. Swimming pool is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The apartment has a great terrace and a very good size private garden.
Très bel appartement, proche commodités et plage. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

We are a Swedsh family of 5 who loves the Riviera! We purchased our apartment 2011 and we feel so lucky that we found it. We are an active family who loves going on excursions and discover new places around our second home. In the winter we love to ski and in the summer we love to hang out by the beach or by the pool. Tennis and golf is also on our list of favourite activities, as well as dining out and discovering new lovely restaurants. We hope to welcome you to our paradise on the Riviera!
Why they chose this property
This prime location is everything! Right by the beach and such a lovely domain with beautiful landscapes and flowers and a great big pool. What we also apprechiate with our apartment is the closeness to foodstores and JuanLesPins. It's not necessary to have a car at all. When getting back home it's like coming to a oasis after a bustling day at the beach. Also our lovely garden and terracess really makes our apartment wonderful! We almost spend all our days out at the terrace and garden. It's our extra "livingroom" during the summer- months. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
What makes this property unique
The closess to the beach wich is so valuable during the crowded summer months when parking is a nightmare. When you stay in our apartment, you don't need a car since everything is within reach by foot. Our large, completely fenced, private garden with lovely flowers is a real treat. Such a lovely place to come home to after a day at the pool or beach. The terrace and garden is like an extra family-room. Our private parkinglot next to our apartment within the Domain is a real plus if you come by car.
