I.Arrival Guide



•In compliance with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) regulations, all guests are kindly requested to submit copies of their passports/IDs before arrival date for building security registration.



•Pet Policy: Guests wishing to bring pets must register them in advance. Approval is required prior to arrival, and a fee applies depending on your pet’s breed.



II. Check-In and Parking



To ensure a smooth arrival, please follow these steps:



•Check-in Time: 3:00 PM onwards.

•Please stop by the building reception desk first to register with building security.

•You can now access the apartment.

•Once inside, you'll find the Parking Card. You will need this for all subsequent entries to the parking area.



III. During Your Stay



•JVC is a peaceful residential community. Making too much noise, large gatherings, and parties are strictly prohibited.

•No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor balcony. Fines may apply for violations.



IV. Check-Out Guide



•Check-out Time: Not later than 11:00 AM.

•Please leave the parking card on the table inside the apartment. A 500 AED card replacement fee applies for losing the card.
