This beautifull Villa, next to the sea, in an estate of four acres with a private church and an olive grove which is over 100 years old. It has a wonderful panoramic view and provides a sense of absolute silence. It's only 2 walking minutes away from the most beautiful beach of Leros, Blefouti.
The house itself is set well back from the bay surrounded by its own grounds with garden, olive grove and even has its own private chapel.
The upstairs apartment which is accesible by steps, has its own entrance door from the large outside terrace into a lovely, comfortable sitting room, well furnished with dining table, seatings, an orimental fireplace and a great view of the sea. Homely fully equipped kitchen/dinner (with shelves, units, sink, fridge, oven) and three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with four beds, each with wardrobe and bedside tables The apartment has two attractive, tiled bathrooms with shower, basin and toilet.
Outside the apartment there's a large front terrace which provides the most lovely views across the bay and countryside. The sea view is spectacular ! An ideal place to read, relax and enjoy all fresco meals!
The villa is three minutes away from the beach by foot. Next to the villa, down the beach you can find a small fish-tavern where fresh fish is served daily.
Our villa is a perfectly safe place for families with children, because it’s surrounded by an estate of four hectares, filled with olive and almond trees, where your children can feel free and play games in a natural environment. In the estate there is a private chapel, where special weddings can be organized or even a baptism and last but not least, it has enough parking space for everyone !
