Downstairs grill, sitting area, boat launch for small boats. Nice yard to play in and close to lots of local favirotes. A short walk to the beaches, The Hangout, Pink Pony Club and great shopping. Home is on a quite dead end street. Home will sleep up to 14.

Easy acess to activities

The property was clean and exactly as we read about in the description. It is located near the beach and many other activities. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The host and house was great. He let us check in early and was very accommodating. We walked to dinner and to the souvenir shops daily. We loved the lounge area underneath the house.

The house was nice, but when we arrived nothing had been cleaned from the previous renters, beds still had unwashed linens, dirty towels, and the trash cans outside were overflowing unable to hold all of our trash.

Me and my family enjoy our stay to the fullest this place was very accommodating, very spacious, and the layout was amazing. We all had plenty of room, and the only concern was running out of cold water, taking showers, but we didn’t have to worry about that either my family was able to eat together at their large dining table. We were all able to sit in the living room while the boys played their PlayStation and talk underneath. The house was a set up where we could all sit around and talk to one another our stay was amazing and kudos to the owners who let us check in early because there wasn’t a guest the day before our next trip to Gulf Shores will most definitely be booked with the same place. Thank you so much.!

Awesome place!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of bedroom, bathrooms, and space! We werr able to walk most places. Kelly was wonderful at answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend this propert and wr will be back!

Wonderful place for small retreat.

The property was perfect for our small ministry group of middle school girls and leaders. Everything is arranged for building fun memories and to be together...from the open kitchen, large dining table and living room to great yard for games and a cool under the house rec area to chill and chat.

Family vacation

The house was big enough to accommodate 12 people with ease, check in was super easy, and the people we rented from were very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the house is close to shopping areas and the beach. The only less than spectacular issue was I feel like it could have been cleaner, this is by no means on the renters as they have someone who does this for them. I would recommend this place and they people

Gulf shores off the beach.

This was an excellent space for our family. The bedrooms attached to one bathroom created a suite for my daughter and her husband in one room and her children in the other. The house was very clean and the rooms felt bigger than the pictures showed.

Family Getaway

Overall, we were extremely pleased with the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The weather was predicted to be rainy, but cooperated and gave us a great day at the beach! We were within walking distance to the beach, The Hangout, and other great eating places. This property is in a great location and VERY clean. We would love to stay again! Also, Kelly was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect Peace

The house was very spacious…There was ample enough room for everyone…The outside space was peaceful and relaxing…We grilled out, played card games and enjoyed the canal…It was one of the best family vacations we have had in a while… The approximately to the beach was great…Close enough to town but placed away enough from all the business…

Perfect for large groups

Perfect place for the 9 of us. I took my kids and grandkids for 4 nights and 5 days. We really enjoyed the canal and downstairs area. The kids caught catfish and crabs. We would walk to town some. Everything was so close. Will definitely be back.

Disappointed in towels and sheets

We did not have enough towels for each guest to have one towel. Called and inform you of this and was told that that was all the towels that you provide. Not only did we not have enough towels but one of them had brown stains on them. Some of the sheets even had marks on them, which was rather bothersome. Otherwise the house was beautiful and we were very grateful for how nice it was and the size. It was just really frustrating that there wouldn’t even be enough towels for all of us and then you even admitted when called that you don’t provide enough for how many guest you allow to stay.

Huge house!

Kelley was spot on! He was on time, very informative, and gracious. Rooms were clean and tidy. Well furnished home with a quiet neighborhood, great neighbors. Bathrooms had great water pressure. Kids loved the lounge under the house and the fishing/crab traps that were supplied. A short walk to Crico’s and town. Thanks for letting us stay with y’all, we’ll be back soon enough!

The weekend

This location is perfect if you want to be the mix of it all. Very close walking distance to many things. If you drive, we recommend going through souvenir parking lot to stop light on a Friday or Saturday night as the main street to the beach is very busy. The beach was great and pretty clean! My 5&6 yr old and I had fun on the canal fishing for minows/ crab. Lots of room, beds, cold air and ease @ this vaca home! Thanks for having us Kelly!

Amazing!

Everyone loved this property! Under the house you have a seating area with chairs and lights. Was close to EVERYTHING. If we didnt have a lot of children and beach stuff we could have very easily walked to the beach or anywhere we would need to go. Its down a dead end road so not much traffic. Was very quiet. Took both my dogs and the area was very nice to take them for a walk down the road. Found out one was scared of stairs so that was not very good but the property was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

My Sister and I bought this house for a place to go on the weekends and relax. We live in Mobile, Al so its perfect to drive an hour on a Friday evening and be at the beach in an hour. We really enjoy the quite street and the locals who live there year round are really nice and helpful.

Why they chose this property

Gulf Shores, AL is a fabulous place to go to the beach. The beachs are sugar white and the town has Southern Charm. We are close to some great restaurants, bars, kids activities, and of course the World Famous White Beaches. The house is located on a quite dead end street with little traffic but only 2-3 blocks from the action. We love our house and we hope you do to.

What makes this property unique

Boat launch for small boats without a large center due to bridge height leading into little lagoon. Fishing, Crabing right off the bulkhead. Quite street. Great views and a wonderful covered area downstairs
