We had a great stay at this property! The layout offers plenty of room for privacy, in addition to a comfortable place to hang out together. The property was well maintained and offered the basics that we needed. It is an easy walk into the MGM Grand main hotel, which also has a monorail station for getting further along the strip. The host communicated well and was always available to answer questions before and during the stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing stay! Such an upgrade in convenience with provided vallet, short walks to the room and not having to battle casino floors. Huge amount of room and definitely beats a regular hotel room for a family. Whole experience was elevated being on the PH floors in Vegas. Was super close to the main MGM resort pools and had its own private pool as well. Starbucks in the lobby was a plus. Quiet, relaxing and one of the best visits to Vegas yet, wish we would have discovered the MGM Signature towers earlier. Would definitely book again.

We had a great time staying here with six of us for a nationals, dance event. The space was large and kept clean. I was able to communicate with the owner fairly quickly anytime I needed them. One of the main bathroom sinks was clogged and it took two rounds of someone coming to fix it before it was cleaned out. But they were quick to help. The pullout couch in the one bedroom side would not go back in. It was obviously missing a screw on the inside. The owner offered to have it fixed while we were there if needed, but we declined and said we would make it work. So overall, it was a great experience!

The suite was comfortable and having access to both The Signature and the MGM Grand was a major advantage. The location is excellent, especially for families who want to enjoy the Strip while also having a quieter place to stay.The only experience that left us puzzled happened on the day before our departure. While walking through the MGM Grand casino level with our children, we were approached by security and asked where we were from and when we were leaving.The interaction was polite, but it felt unusual since we were registered guests staying at Signature Tower 1, which includes access to the MGM Grand. We had been walking through the same area throughout our stay without any issues, simply enjoying the property and making our way around the Strip.We’re sure there may have been a reason for the inquiry, but as paying guests who were simply passing through with our family, the questions felt unexpected and made us feel a little uncomfortable.Aside from that experience, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Signature for its spacious accommodations, convenient location, and easy access to the MGM Grand amenities
