Our family planned a last-minute beach getaway before school started, and this property was available at a very reasonable price. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!Betty Ann was an amazing host. She was incredibly kind, checked in to make sure we arrived safely, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property itself was adorable, clean, and surprisingly spacious. It was stocked with thoughtful starter essentials, which came in handy in case you forgot to pack something. The beach is just a short drive away, but I definitely recommend arriving early. Parking fills up quickly, and the beach gets crowded fast during the day. There are several great places nearby:* A cute coffee shop (very popular, so expect a wait).* A smoothie café with quick service and no wait.* A Thai restaurant directly across the street that we unfortunately missed because we didn’t realize it was there—we ended up ordering delivery from another Thai restaurant instead! 🤦🏻* An Italian restaurant nearby (I think it’s called Mimmo’s), and this is also the entrance to the community pool.A few tips for future visitors:* Blue Mountain Bakery is closed on Sundays, so plan accordingly if you want to try it.* We weren’t impressed with Cowgirl Kitchen. The burger was burnt, the chicken tenders and pulled pork were overly salty, and we ended up throwing most of it away.* Goatfeathers was a highlight! Happy Hour runs from 3–5 p.mDefinitely recommend
