Deck with table seating for 8, large gas barbecue and gas patio heater DOWNSTAIRS Bed 5 – Queen Bed 6 – Trio (single top double bottom) and cupboards in alcove off living. Living area has large 6 seater couch TV and DVD. Kitchenette with fridge, electric stove and electric jug. Lock up garage spacious off street parking with room for boat. Short stroll to Jimmy's Beach. This property does not have WIFI. Local Cafes and Restaurants offer. This property has WIFI.

*Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.

The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival.

We require all guest to complete a Hawks Nest Beach Realty guest registration form before arrival.
