Addressing the 4 items above, kitchen & bathrooms were clean (main level bathroom had a clawfoot tub with a sign saying 'do not use' on it. Beds were neatly made up. Outdoor kitchen (in screened porch) was so dirty it was unusable. Dock furnishings had to be cleaned before our guests arrived to use them. The link in the welcome email had NONE of the promised information on parking, wi-fi, trash, checkout, etc. Although we had previously connected by text & phone, we were unable to connect with host upon our arrival with perishable foods (we were unable to access house using front door keypad). Only by chance we located a combination keybox inside the screened porch, which contained a key to both units. The host never responded to our phone message or text message for several days, then tried to blame that on "website issues", which was clearly not the case. It was an unsatisfactory situation, to say the least. The location was fine, and the beds & furniture were comfortable. Unfortunately, we would NEVER recommend this property to others.
