We loved this condo and the entire property! Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes but it was such a nice walk (walkway over a beautiful pond/small lake) that we didn't mind the walk at all! We enjoyed the ferry ride over to the Harbor Walk, as well as the Harbor Walk fireworks we could see from our patio on Thursday night. We noticed our patio was double the size of most others in the building. Pools (3 of them!) were all very nice and never seemed crowded at all! We definitely enjoyed the smart TV in the living room..as much as we loved being outside, it was nice to wind down at night and watch Netflix. Everything in the condo was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but I've never slept on one that was. The main bedroom mattress is on the firm side, but that was good with us. Nothing really to complain about with this condo! Communication was great with the owner. Would for sure stay here again!

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful review! We’re so glad to hear you loved the condo and enjoyed everything the community has to offer. It sounds like you made the most of your stay — from the scenic walk to the beach and relaxing by the pools to enjoying the HarborWalk ferry and fireworks from the patio. We’re happy the spacious patio, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable living space helped make your vacation even better. We appreciate you sharing your feedback about the sleeper sofa and mattress as well. Guest comfort is important, and we’re always grateful for details that help us continue improving. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We’re thrilled to hear you would stay again and look forward to welcoming you back for another Destin getaway!
