This oceanfront 5th floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath Villamare villa offers fabulous ocean views. You will have no problem relaxing while listening to the waves of the Atlantic from either of the two oceanfront balconies, accessed from both bedrooms and the living room. The open floor plan allows for ocean views from every room and ample space for group gatherings, while the bedrooms provide private retreats. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The living room is equipped with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, and a queen sleeper sofa. *HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN APRIL 13, starting with Building 3. Crews will work from the 5th floor downward. Each building is expected to take approximately one week to complete.
What to Expect
• Work hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise.
• The painting process takes approximately one hour per area. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry.
• A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours.
