Only negative thing....in the heat of the summer the walk to the beach is impossible.

Everything was wonderful. Very nice place to stay with very comfortable beds. The walk to the beach was very difficult in the heat of the summer. We waited till 7:00 in the evenings and even then we drove to the beach.

Pictures make it look very nice but our stay was just okay. Listing pictures are not up to date; the couch is not the couch that is listed in the picture. Tv area is also not accurate but the TV worked fine so that was okay. Location: Great, easy walk to the beach. Pool was clean. Nice playground for the kids. Cleanliness: Not great, felt dirty. There was leftover hair in the shower drain in the primary bathroom. The dryer door is broken and you have to use a butter knife to pop it open. Underneath the bar, the wood is completely rotted out. Porch: covered in spider webs and looks like it hasn't been cleaned / beach supplies unorganized. Communication: Before our stay - not the best. You have to chat with Evolve AI and they were not able to assist me with my question regarding the condo. AI stated they would send it higher up and I never heard anything. I emailed the property services and never heard back. The best communication I received was with Meagan via text when she reached out about our check in information. Meagan was quick to respond during our stay. -If communication would have been better, I would have known to bring my own beach towel since the condo only provides white bath towels. Some attention is needed to this condo. I would stay in the area again but not this particular condo.

Spring Break Getaway

We love staying at Fiddler’s Cove! Although, this was our first time in this particular condo. It was perfectly located in relation to the pool and beach. The walk/bike to the beach is short and very enjoyable. We really enjoyed the heated pool. This condo is located on the third floor, keep in mind there is no elevator, you must use the stairs. Very roomy for the three of us, as there are three beds. Nice kitchen to make our meals and we liked having a washer and drier in the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again!

Short bike ride to beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was very roomy and set up nicely. The only issue was cleanliness upon arrival but we talked with property manager and the owner and everything was handled quickly. Master bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Would recommend based on price and size. We do prefer to stay on the water but this last minute unit was wonderful and would stay again.

Could’ve had fun

It was easy to get to the beach, would have love to swim in the pool but it was so yucky. We tried to call / text property manager but took days for her todays to respond to the issue so for 2.5 we had to be hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

At 75 lugging big suitcases up 3 floors was a handful. And when trying to tune in TV was a nightmare. Confronted with 5 remotes and rain outside, i would take my chances with lightning. Ok for 35 and under or family with kids

Cozy and just what we were looking for!

The condo was perfect . It was super cozy. The little things mean the most to me and this checked all the boxes. All of the beds were VERY comfortable. I sleep with a box fan and there was one provided in the closet!! There is parking directly outside , easy access to beach , and pools. It was very quiet and no bothersome noises or late night issues. The garbage collection is easy accessible as well. Kitchen had everything needed. There was plenty of tv , movies , books and games that were provided as well. The beach chairs provided was def a major plus as well. This was perfect for what we were looking for!!!

When we arrived and unpacked m, realized that the a/c wasn’t working. I reached out to guest contact Megan and addressed the problem with her. 30 mins later she called back and said the technician would be there that evening and we were the 3rd stop on there route. We went for a walk on the beach and when we returned the technician was leaving and told us to enjoy the nice a/c. The walk to the beach from unit 15 was about 5 mins and nice. Overall it was a great trip

Overall this was a nice condo in a nice area, but it needs a bit of work before they continue to rent it out. There was a water leak in the master bedroom running down the wall and one of the toilet flushers wasn’t functioning properly. The dryer was also not functioning properly which was really disappointing because I specifically booked this property because it had a washer and a dryer.
