We came without a car. It’s close to the trolley stop and public bus station which was helpful. Very doable location without a car.

By far my favorite place to stay! The host Audrey is amazing. She's always so kind, responsive, and accommodating, and she truly makes you feel welcome. Everything is always so nice and clean, and the space has everything you could possibly need. It's such a peaceful, relaxing place to unwind, and I always leave feeling recharged. I keep coming back and will continue to every chance I get. Highly recommend!

Excellent Experience

Audrey was a very attentive host. If the apartment didn’t have something, she would provide it. Everything was very clean and well thought out. The property is very pretty and safe behind the gate.

Shannon’s comments:Super cute studio casita situated at the end of a winding path through lovely California flora. You enter the casita through a private gate into a quaint Spanish style courtyard, perfect for morning coffee. The room was immaculate. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. The small, but functional kitchen is stocked with all needed utensils for cooking, should you choose to cook. The bathroom is very nice, small but functional sink, large shower with great water pressure…loved the tile and cute mirror! There is also a washer and dryer, which was very handy!! There is no AC, but there are fans, and with the windows open it is comfortable. It is conveniently located, near restaurants, shopping, and of course, beautiful San Clemente Beach. The owners of the property, Audrey and Matt, are very friendly, and were super responsive to any questions we had. Check in-out was super easy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Slice of San Clemente heaven

Property was so charming, and peaceful! We spent a week splashing in the surf all day and had wonderful evenings in the Spanish style courtyard. We were well taken care of by the owners, and the entire stay was amazing thanks to their hospitality. Beach toys were made available, the rooms were clean and kitchen was well stocked. We were right off the freeway, easy to access, and were on the beach in 5 minutes. Local area is really laid back with literally the best beaches, clean, and great for all types of activities, surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, sunbathing- we're definitely planning on booking again. This was truly a 5 star experience!

Beautiful location

Our family enjoyed our stay is this cozy and awesome property! We are fans of the San Clemente area, but this was our 1st time staying overnight. We are happy we chose to stay here! The owners Audrey and Matt are welcoming and friendly. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal! Super close to great restaurants, grocery store and the beach. It really made for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Thanks again! Would definitely consider staying here again

Fabulous!

We loved everything about our stay at this property. The property and villas are gorgeous, we were right off Camino Real and could not hear the traffic. The villas are impressive, comfortable and it felt like a studio at a resort. The owners are amazing! They are accommodating, friendly, and genuinely nice people. They made our stay extremely enjoyable and fun. We will definitely rent this property again.
