CLEAN Private Room with kitchen , bathroom in a gated community. 50 " Smart TV, Tennis Courts down the street, private patio with BBQ, dishes , sheets. Is located 10 mins from PBI, 25 mins from Village of Wellington, 1 hour drive to Miami, 5 mins from downtown Lake Worth, 8 mins drive to beach.
This is attached to a single family home. ( No access to single family room) Gas BBQ, Table and chairs, Microwave, 1 Mini fridge, 1 mini fridge / with freezer, 2 burner cooktop.
White linen and white towels and comforter. Washer /Dryer Combo on patio.
