The space
The house has two floors and is located by the beautiful José Menino Beach. It is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room, TV room, and even the kitchen. Enjoy the beach just steps away, then relax in the cool comfort of the entire house.

• Bedroom 1 (Suite): Hot and cold air conditioning, queen-size bed, chairs for a reading corner, and a walk-in closet.
• Bedroom 2 (Bedroom with balcony): Air conditioning, king-size bed, and 2 auxiliary beds. The auxiliary beds are smaller, and the mattresses are 1.73 m long.
• Bedroom 3 (Bedroom/Office): Air conditioning, one trundle bed with 2 single beds, and ample space for work or study.
• Bathrooms: There are 3 full bathrooms, one of which is located at the back of the house in the patio area, plus 1 half bathroom. All bathrooms include electric showers with easy temperature adjustment, liquid soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.
• TV Room: Air conditioning, 2 reclining armchairs, and 1 sofa bed with an additional double mattress for greater flexibility in accommodations.
• Air-conditioned kitchen: Equipped with a microwave, air fryer, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender, double oven, and all necessary utensils for daily use.
• Social area: Includes a living room with air conditioning, dining room, and a lounge perfect for relaxing.

Smoking and coexistence guidelines:
• Please do not smoke inside the house under any circumstances.
• Smoking cigarettes, cigars, and vapes is allowed only in outdoor areas, provided it does not disturb neighbors.

Noise policy:
• Our home is located in a quiet residential area, with neighbors on both sides.
• To ensure a good environment for everyone, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Important:
Failure to comply with smoking and noise guidelines may result in a fine and additional measures, in accordance with the reservation rules.

Please note that we are not responsible for forgotten items, as different teams may access the property after your departure. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend carefully organizing your belongings before check-out. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may occur. If an item is left behind and you request us to send it to you, we will be happy to assist. Please note that a service fee of BRL 89 will be charged, in addition to shipping and packaging costs.
