Clean, safe, plenty of room for 8 of us with the four bedrooms, and location! Appreciative of all the conveniences especially the ice maker and coffee making options.

The host was great and responsive and even brought some board games to us which was thoughtful. The house and amenities were in great condition. The house was beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet which was nice. The basement was very spacious with extra beds and there were 4 bedrooms all with clean linen. We enjoyed our stay, it was well worth the price.

The house was perfect for except for the following: there were not any dish towels or dish cloths, the silverware was a mix of different patterns and had sharp edges, the plastic style plates and bowls s/b upgraded to non plastic plates bowls & glasses. We went to Meijer and purchased dish towels, dish cloths, as well as plates & bowls. I would also suggest a new set of pots & pans, a set of dish towels & dish cloths and a new set of silverware. The location of this property was perfect for visiting other destinations in the area such as downtown Holland and Holland State Park.

We enjoyed being able to spread out throughout the house and it is nicely updated. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. However, there was a limited amount of kitchen items, such as scissors. There was also old trash in our bins, taco bell from what we assume is the previous guest. For being charged a 100 cleaning fee, I would expect there to not be any trash from the previous guest. There was a lack of blankets and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The house looked like it wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival. There were sex toys next to one of the beds and sex toy boxes in the trash can. There was blood smeared on walls and the couch was dirty. We never found the remote to the TV and there were no cups in the kitchen. The sheets were dirty too. I would not recommend this place.

House was a nice size and layout, it worked for what we needed the trip for. Beds were uncomfortable (firm/hard), nobody slept very good, and would recommend bringing your own pillows as well. I know beds can be hit and miss, depending on your preference. Bring extra towels and rags too, if having a full house, as there weren't enough for the number of guests we had (full capacity). Host was great, very responsive and allowed us the flexibility to check in sooner, so that was appreciated.
