Excellent location, great communication from host. The pictures of the VRBO showed a bed or pull out in the living room. Upon arrival there was no pullout couch or air mattress. Contacted host and he had an air mattress delivered that night but there weren't any extra blankets, said they were stolen by previous guest. Kitchen had limited amentias but not a big deal. Probably the biggest issue was the HVAC. The apartment has a very long hallway - the bedrooms in the back were very warm and the living room area was freezing, probably a 15 degree difference. But you can't beat the location for the event we were attending.
