VRBO customer service was great, I was not sattified with the host and lack of attention to issues we hadThe property was not cleaned to satisfaction. My guest had to spend time when checking in to clean. The TV upstairs in 4/5 rooms was not working, it took a week to get the host to get them to work, and that was with the assistance of calling VRBO directly and complaining to them, that they had to intervene.The jets in the jacuzzi of the pool never worked. I only got excuses from the host based on their communication with the pool person they use.Contacting VRBO directly was great, but didnt get the attention from the host the way I expected. I felt like they found excuses why Jets was not working and why TV's was not working instead of fixing the issues right away.

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with your characterization of our response during your stay. Each concern raised was addressed, including troubleshooting and restoring the upstairs TVs and communicating updates regarding the pool and jacuzzi based on vendor assessment and maintenance information available to us. In addition, despite the inconvenience to our cleaning team and the added cost involved, we extended your check-out time as a courtesy to accommodate your request. This was done in good faith after repeated communication from your side. While we understand that not every stay will meet every guest’s expectations, it is not accurate to say that your concerns were ignored. Our team remained engaged throughout and made every reasonable effort to resolve the issues brought to our attention. We remain committed to providing responsive service and a positive experience for our guests.
