This delightful house comes fully furnished, equipped with everything you will need in your home away from home. Large outdoor patio area with outdoor furniture, neat gardens, front and side veranda's also with outdoor furniture and plenty of off street parking. Lovely, peaceful outlook. Just ideal as a weekender or for longer stays. Suite Workers, families or just about anyone wanting a peaceful lovely place to stay. Just a short stroll into the main shopping precinct, restaurants, hotels, shops, parks, and various places of interest. A great hub, your home away from home to explore the hidden wonders of York the oldest inland town in WA and the beautiful Avon Valley.

My family and I moved to York in 1968 I went to York Primary School and then on to York Senior High School. I left York when I was 16 years old. I returned to York and purchased The Nosh & Nod - Avon Terrace (Accommodation Units) in 2010. I am proud to call York my home.

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy the property as it was the house in the street needing the most work and would give me a great challenge. The last owner, Percy was in his 90's when he moved from what was then his home. I lovingly restored it and named it after him.

What makes this property unique

I loved the front view of the house from the street, although when I purchased the house it was green.
