Charming 2-bedroom Villa in The Villages, FL - Fantastic Location

Come stay in our charming 2-bedroom villa in The Villages. Our villa community is entirely surrounded by Glenview Championship Golf Course (feels like an exclusive island!). We are "golf cart" convenient to 3 major grocery stores (Publix, Fresh Market and Sprouts), plus a huge Walmart, Costco, and approx. 18+ restaurants, Hobby Lobby, Ace Hardware, CVS, Walgreens, banks, 2 gas stations, Village Polo Fields, and softball complex. We are within walking distance of 2 executive golf courses, rec center and pool. Two Regional rec center within a mile, one with fitness center and one with 850+ theatre, hosting live performances. Golf cart convenient to Lake Sumter Town Square and Spanish Springs Town Square. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or getting ready for the day, this amazing villa offers a welcoming spot to call home.

You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Other things to note:

Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. Guest passes are good for all activities except for access to sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for the guests to utilize the facilities. When golfing guest passes will be sufficient, but guests have a small greens fee (typically $11) to play the executive courses.

We do live on-site and are always just a message or call away 24/7!

We also require a fully refundable security deposit for the stay once the booking is confirmed. The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method and would only be charged if there were any damages or missing items upon checkout. This is required prior to check-in instructions being sent.

The hosts are 11/10. Brand new ; every comfort is there. Location to groceries, shopping, Walmart is within ba few blocks. Host sets you up in best possible manner for The Villages

Can't recommend this place enough. Our host, Kathi, was simply outstanding. Great communication, spotless home, and handled the application for the Resident ID's so all we had to do was pick them up. She even made some tee times for us, and left some snacks in the house. As for the house, its a great central location between Glenview and Palmer Legends, very comfortable and well stocked. The only quibble we had about the place is the wifi was a little inconsistent (we would lose it now and then and relied on my phone's hotspot when that happened), but I understand that might be a Villages issue generally. All in all it was a very comfortable, clean, well located home with a great host. What more could you want?

Kathi was very helpful, friendly and handled the ID passes for us so the process was seamless.The villa was very clean, in a tranquil area, internet worked perfectly for us.Location, as previously highlighted, is perfect, ideal for shops, gas station, eateries, golf, pickleball and even a polo field nearby!The Savannah centre is very close by offering concerts and shows.
